Synopsis<\/strong>:
An encounter in the middle of nowhere. Nothing is like it seems. Florence loves David and wants to finally introduce him to her father. But David is not so sure about the relationship. He invites his best friend to join them in an attempt to set him up with Florence instead. In the eponymous “second act”, the play in front of the camera unravels in the middle of a dynamic satire. Is the famous French Romantic Comedy still in keeping with the times, in the days of global crises?  Through long sequence shots and furious casting choices, “Le deuxi\u00e8me acte” ironically and snappy anatomizes the filmmaking of our current society.
